About the Role
As a Warehouse Picker, you will be an essential part of our distribution operations, using electric pallet jacks and scan-to-pick systems to build package and keg pallets for retailers. You will be handling iconic brands such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Busch, Stella Artois, and Michelob Ultra. Your mission is to safely pick the correct product and ensure it is loaded onto the right truck, maintaining the high standards that define our legacy.
You will work in a dynamic environment where quality is everything. This role involves building stable pallets, utilizing lean six-sigma tools to increase efficiencies, and ensuring all loads meet Anheuser-Busch standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary warehouse space, reworking damaged product, and wrapping orders before loading. It is a position for those who are ready to unleash their potential in a team that dreams as big as they do.
Shift Details
This position operates on a Monday-Thursday schedule with start times at 4:45 PM. The role involves 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age
- verifiedValid Drivers License and safe driving record
- verifiedAbility to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 165 pounds
- verifiedAbility to work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to outside temperatures
- verifiedAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- verifiedAbility to obtain Forklift certification
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio
Nice to Have
Forklift certification. Working knowledge of Anheuser-Busch product portfolio. Previous consumer packaged goods / beverage industry experience. Previous distribution/warehouse experience.
