About the Role

Porters are the backbone of our operational environment, working as part of a dedicated team to preserve a clean and tidy facility. This role is critical to supporting our prideful work environment and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. You will contribute to a culture where every person matters, embracing differences and ensuring a safe, efficient workspace.

The work environment is unique, often requiring you to operate in frozen conditions ranging from -20° to 0°. This is a physically active role where you will be standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift, contributing to a healthy lifestyle while maintaining the facility. Your efforts directly impact the safety and cleanliness of our aisles, break areas, offices, and restrooms.
