About the Role
Material Handler I serves as a vital link between our warehouses and production facilities in Kansas City, MO. This role ensures the continuous flow of materials and supplies, staging finished products and maintaining clear communication across the facility to meet supply demands and maximize productivity.
You will work directly with management to understand daily line demands, validating kit contents and ensuring every work area receives the correct parts for specific build stations or trailer serial numbers. The position requires proactive coordination with production, sales, and warehouse teams to expedite needs, reconcile missing parts, and manage in-process changes. By tracking critical parts and reporting inaccuracies, you help minimize downtime and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Working Environment
This role involves a dynamic environment where work is conducted both inside and outside, regardless of weather conditions. The position requires moderate to heavy physical labor, including the ability to lift up to 100lbs, as well as standing, walking, climbing, and pushing or pulling heavy objects for extended periods.

Requirements
