Warehouse Manager

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic partner to the Director of Operations, driving operational excellence within a high-volume distribution center. The role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of daily production and order fulfillment, managing workflows that ship between 2,200 and 10,000 lines daily, representing up to $1.2 million in revenue.

You will act as a Certified Designated Representative (CDR) where applicable, ensuring strict compliance with the State of Florida's "Pharmacy Practice Act" administrative rules. The role requires navigating complex internal and external situations, balancing the needs of sales leadership, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve service failures and complaints effectively.
