About the Role
The Lot Technician / Lot Porter role serves as the backbone of our dealership operations, ensuring our inventory is presented at its best for customers. This is an active, entry-level position designed for individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being around cars. It offers a unique opportunity to launch a career in the automotive industry while contributing to the daily rhythm of a high-volume sales floor.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle readiness. Your day involves moving and staging vehicles between lots, cleaning and detailing cars for sale and delivery, and inspecting them to ensure they meet our presentation standards. You will work closely with the sales team to verify inventory accuracy, manage fuel levels, and secure vehicles and keys at closing. Whether organizing the lot or assisting with incoming deliveries, your attention to detail directly impacts the customer experience.
Hiring Process

Nice to Have
