About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our operations, working within a fast-paced environment to move, organize, and maintain our inventory. This role is essential to our ability to deliver products to our customers efficiently. You may rotate through six key areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter duties, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns processing, or Shipping.

Your day will involve operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products weighing up to 100 lbs. You will also engage in manual tasks like unloading trucks, palletizing products, organizing orders, and maintaining a clean workspace. Whether you are confirming product accuracy, addressing discrepancies, or ensuring safe work practices, your contribution is vital to our safety culture and operational success.

Please note that as an SC2 associate, you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as business needs dictate. This position requires a schedule of 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic English language skills. The selection process includes a review of qualifications and a mandatory drug screen to the extent permissible by law. Successful candidates will be expected to adopt our safety procedures quickly and demonstrate the ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
