About the Team

Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles—including SC1 positions or any of the six core warehouse areas—as business needs evolve.

About the Role

This position operates within a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety is our utmost priority. You will embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, potentially including operating material handling equipment (such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks), manual lifting of items up to 100 lbs, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Depending on the specific area, your day might involve general cleaning and maintenance, confirming product accuracy, matching returned items to packing slips, or organizing and shrink-wrapping customer orders for shipment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts. The environment may feature seasonal temperature variations, and the role requires the ability to work at heights up to 60 feet.

Compensation & Culture

We offer a competitive pay rate of $23.75/hour, which includes a $1.25/hour shift differential. We also provide a pay-for-performance model where associates can earn additional compensation by meeting specific productivity thresholds.
