About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles across the warehouse, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping, depending on business needs.
About the Role
This position operates within a fast-paced environment where safety is our utmost priority. You will embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm where you might operate material handling equipment like forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks, or engage in manual tasks such as unloading trucks, palletizing products, and organizing customer orders.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues, maintain a clean workspace, and forge strong relationships with both internal teams and external contacts. The environment includes seasonal temperature variations, and you may be required to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally. If hired as a Full-Time associate, you must be available to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shift, as overtime will be required based on business needs.

- check_circleConfirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies with colleagues
- check_circleMatch item quantities to packing slips and tag returned products
- check_circlePerform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- check_circleLoad trucks manually and maintain a safe, clean workspace
- check_circlePick products weighing up to 100 lbs and load them onto pallets
- check_circleManually unload trucks and palletize products for storage or shipping
- check_circleOrganize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3 months warehouse experience

Nice to Have
