About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles across six key areas—Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping—as business needs evolve.
About the Role
This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The role is designed for associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety as our utmost priority. You will embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times.
Staples offers a pay-for-performance model where associates can earn additional compensation by meeting specific productivity thresholds. The physical demands of the job include lifting, pushing, or pulling boxes weighing between 70 and 100 pounds, working at heights up to 60 feet, and standing or walking 100% of the time. The role also requires adaptability to seasonal temperature variations within the warehouse.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law. If hired as a Full-Time associate, you must be willing and able to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shift, as overtime will be required based on business needs.
