Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. Our mission is to ensure the success of the supply chain by maintaining a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment. At Staples, "inclusion" is an action word that drives our culture, ensuring all employees feel valued and supported to contribute their unique perspectives and expertise. This commitment to diversity fosters innovative thinking that helps us exceed customer expectations.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations, working within one of six dynamic areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping. Your day will involve operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks, as well as manually unloading trucks, palletizing products, and organizing customer orders. Whether you are picking products up to 100 lbs, maintaining a clean workspace, or resolving discrepancies with colleagues, your work directly impacts our ability to serve our customers.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you will be expected to embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times, including working at heights up to 60 feet and navigating seasonal temperature variations. As an SC2 associate, you may be moved into various roles, including SC1 positions, as business needs dictate.
