About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. This role offers flexibility, as you may work across six different areas depending on business needs: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter duties, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns processing, or Shipping.
Your day-to-day involves a blend of operating material handling equipment (such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks) and manual tasks like lifting, stacking, and cleaning. Whether you are moving product up to 100 lbs, unloading trucks, matching item quantities to packing slips, or maintaining a safe and clean workspace, your focus is on safety and efficiency. You will collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you are expected to embrace our safety culture, ensuring safe work practices at all times, including working at heights up to 60 feet and adapting to seasonal temperature variations.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic English language skills. The process includes a drug screen (to the extent permissible legally). If hired as a Full-Time associate, you must be available to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shift based on business needs.
