About the Role

This position serves as a vital leader within our warehouse operations, responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. You will lead a group of 10+ employees, directing team efforts to ensure the smooth flow of goods from receiving areas to storage or other designated locations. Your role involves reading production schedules and customer orders to determine items to be moved, sorting materials according to predetermined sequences, and assembling customer orders for packing or shipping.

Beyond operational execution, you will act as a key liaison between the warehouse floor and department supervisors. You are expected to inform leadership of problems or potential issues requiring immediate attention, ensuring that safety, security, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where sound judgment, motivation, and planning are essential to overcoming obstacles and achieving challenging goals.
