Titan Florida, LLC is seeking an Aggregates Equipment Operator - Rail Utility for our Pennsuco Aggregates Division in Medley, FL. This immediate opening is within the Aggregates Loadout Department, where you will report directly to the Loadout Supervisor and Lead Man.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our rail operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials. You will operate locomotives to switch railcars, split trains into batches, and coordinate internal yard movements. A key part of your day involves communicating with weighmasters, plant tower operators, and FEC personnel to manage train arrivals and departures seamlessly. You will also be responsible for inspecting and cleaning railcars to meet strict DOT and ASTM specifications.
We value a safety-first culture. You will perform all required safety checks and maintain equipment in a clean, safe manner, reporting any operational concerns immediately. While the core focus is on rail utility, you may also assist with shoveling, washing, or maintenance activities as directed. This position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
To succeed, you should bring a safety-conscious work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in construction or mining, particularly with heavy haulage equipment, is highly valued. We also appreciate candidates with technical/vocational training, welding experience, or bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English.

Basic knowledge and understanding of limestone quarry operations. Prior heavy equipment experience in a construction or mining environment. Knowledge of heavy haulage equipment. Ability to speak, read, and write the English language. Technical/Vocational school training. Welding and cutting experience.
