About the Role
The Millwright Supervisor serves as the operational leader for a team of Millwrights, managing day-to-day activities to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality at the assigned location. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical execution and client satisfaction.
In this position, you will supervise crews operating large industrial equipment, including power generators, turbines, mining devices, and assembly line machinery. Your day involves organizing crews, delegating responsibilities, and verifying that all necessary equipment is available onsite to complete jobs safely. You will also act as a key liaison for site leadership, maintaining positive client relations while actively championing a positive workplace and safety culture.
Beyond supervision, you will engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to determine their needs, recommending and demonstrating services that align with those requirements. This role requires a hands-on approach, including driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations, while fostering a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional customer service.
