About the Role
The CDL Driver/Operator serves as a vital link in our Midwest operations, responsible for transporting vacuum trucks, waterblast trucks, and other commercial vehicles to project sites. Beyond driving, this role is integral to site safety and efficiency; you will assist crews in operating vehicles and tools while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. This position requires a blend of independent driving skills and collaborative teamwork to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License and be able to pass a motor vehicle report. Upon hiring, successful applicants are required to provide proof of successful completion of OSHA 10-hour training within 60 days of starting.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDrive and operate vacuum trucks, waterblast trucks, and other commercial vehicles to project sites
- check_circleMaintain accurate driving logs and hours in compliance with company policy and DOT guidelines
- check_circleComplete vehicle inspection reports to ensure equipment safety before leaving sites
- check_circleAssist crews at project sites and ensure safe operation of vehicles and tools
- check_circleReport all accidents, near misses, and injuries to the Safety Manager or Supervisors immediately
- check_circleConnect and disconnect hoses, dump and unload materials, and clean out truck tanks after use
- check_circleMaintain equipment and vehicles while understanding their operational capabilities and safety requirements
