About the Role
We are seeking energetic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this full-time, long-term position, you will be the backbone of our distribution operations, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the smooth flow of goods. Your day will involve loading and unloading shipments, organizing products, and scanning orders with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for lifting, handling, and carrying items up to 75 pounds, as well as palletizing and shrink-wrapping products. Success in this role requires the ability to stand for 10-12 hours, maneuver controls rapidly, and maintain a safe, clean workspace while communicating effectively with your team.
Shift and Schedule
This is a 1st Shift role with flexibility to work between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, hours may vary based on daily volume, with shifts potentially lasting less than 8 hours or spanning 4 days depending on workload needs. You must be comfortable working in environments that may be hot or cold.
