About the Role
We are searching for dependable Forklift Operators to join a leading logistics company in Joliet or Romeoville, IL. This position offers a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are top priorities. You will have the opportunity to choose between flexible shift options, including 1st shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) or 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM), with the potential for overtime.
In this role, you will operate modern equipment such as sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring shipments are staged and loaded accurately. You will also support the Warehouse Manager by processing outbound cross-dock freight and verifying shipment accuracy. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized warehouse while following all safety guidelines. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for career growth and advancement.
