About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is the backbone of our operations, responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of supplies and materials to our customers. This role exists to ensure that our diverse product offerings reach clients safely and on time, maintaining the high standards of service Brame is known for.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing inventory. Your day will involve transporting materials using various equipment, performing quality inspections, and meticulously sorting items according to inventory procedures. You will be the eyes and ears of the warehouse, checking products against paperwork, labeling inventory, and maintaining accurate records through physical counts.

The environment is active and fast-paced. You will be working in a warehouse with varying temperatures and moderate to high noise levels, where dock doors may remain open. The role requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 75 pounds independently and up to 130 pounds with assistance, as well as climbing, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to wear mandatory safety footwear and adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace for yourself and your colleagues.
