About the Role
Our Olive Branch, Mississippi location is seeking a Full-time LTL Picker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers. You play a critical part in ensuring timely, damage-free shipments while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and warehouse safety.
At Ubique Group, we "move to the work." This philosophy allows all employees to cross-train and learn other positions within the warehouse, fostering growth in knowledge and skill sets. While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM, flexibility is required as business needs may occasionally necessitate arriving early or staying late.
