We are hiring a Manager - Implementation & Training to support Ryder's Startup Operations in our Supply Chain Solutions division. In this role, you will provide enterprise oversight of WMS strategy, governance, and performance analytics. You will act as the systems and process authority for WMS-driven operations, supporting end users and resolving system and workflow challenges.
You will lead system and training excellence at scale by coaching and developing teams while driving accountability across logistics operations. Your day will involve owning the design and execution of logistics training strategies, including Train-the-Trainer programs that enable sustainable knowledge transfer. You will partner cross-functionally with IT and business leaders to support system rollouts, testing, go-live events, and post-implementation stabilization.
This position requires a strong customer-focused approach through proactive problem-solving and follow-through in high-volume environments. You will translate data into action by tracking KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and recommending improvements that drive measurable results. Additionally, you will manage complex implementations and priorities, balancing timelines, milestones, and resources to support site launches and growth.
