We are seeking a Manager - Implementation & Training to support our Startup Operations. This role is designed to lead system and training excellence at scale, serving as the systems and process authority for WMS-driven operations. You will own the design and execution of logistics training strategies, including Train-the-Trainer programs that enable sustainable knowledge transfer.
In this position, you will partner cross-functionally with IT and business leaders to support system rollouts, testing, go-live events, and post-implementation stabilization. Your day-to-day involves translating data into action by tracking KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and recommending improvements that drive measurable results. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, close performance gaps, and standardize best practices across locations. Additionally, you will manage complex implementations and priorities, balancing timelines and resources to support site launches and growth while ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
