We are hiring a Manager - Implementation & Training to support Ryder's Startup Operations in our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role is designed to lead system and training excellence at scale, ensuring that our logistics operations are robust, efficient, and ready for growth.
As a Manager - Implementation & Systems, you will act as the systems and process authority for WMS-driven operations. You will partner cross-functionally with IT and business leaders to support system rollouts, testing, go-live events, and post-implementation stabilization. Your day-to-day involves coaching and developing teams while driving accountability across logistics operations, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
You will own the design and execution of logistics training strategies, including Train-the-Trainer programs that enable sustainable knowledge transfer. By translating data into action, you will track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and recommend improvements that drive measurable results. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, close performance gaps, and standardize best practices across locations.
This position requires significant travel, up to 75%, including early Monday travel for site arrival and Friday afternoon or evening departure. You must be prepared to support two-week startup assignments when required and conduct annual inspections during non-startup periods.
