About Warehouse Operations

Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution within a distribution or manufacturing environment. The team manages the efficient flow of products from the point of receipt from vendors to the final shipment to internal and external customers. This includes warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and demand planning.

Warehouse Operations performs and controls the manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Functions include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and delivery, ensuring all activities meet prescribed service parameters.

About the Role

The Associate II, Warehouse Operations role supports both Inbound and Outbound activities as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. The position is dedicated to meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. In the Inbound section, the role focuses on receiving products, while in the Outbound section, the focus shifts to shipping products. This position is expected to apply acquired knowledge to complete standard tasks, learn new methods quickly, and work within clearly defined standard operating procedures under moderate supervision.
