About the Role
This Warehouse Operator position is based in Coopersville, MI, and is critical to maintaining the flow of our finished goods. You will be responsible for the full goods put-away process, moving products from palletizers to their proper storage locations in a neat and orderly fashion. The role also involves assisting with various warehouse operational activities, including receiving raw materials, loading dunnage trailers, case picking, finished goods load-outs, and inventory cycle counting.
You will work as part of a team that keeps the warehouse clean, orderly, and audit-ready at all times. This includes following the Master Sanitation Schedule, ensuring proper First In and First Out (FIFO) rotation, and inspecting trailers for cleanliness and safety before loading. You will also support the palletizer operator to ensure consistent operations and assist in training new personnel.
Shift Schedule
This is a night shift position with hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. Team members will work every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
