About the Role
As a Donor Service Representative within the Donated Goods Retail department, you serve as the vital first point of contact for our community. This role exists to facilitate the donation process with warmth and efficiency, ensuring donors feel appreciated and informed. You will assist donors with the drop-off of clothing and household items, manage the unloading of vehicles, and issue receipts. Beyond the front desk, you will support the production team by helping load and unload trucks, processing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in both production and donor areas. This position is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our community engaged.
