Since 2006, NFC has led the way as the nation's top exclusive amenity management company for residential facilities, luxury high-rise condominiums, apartments, master-planned and gated communities, as well as hotels, resorts, and spas. The difference between a good community and a great one is determined by its amenities. That's why NFC exists—to provide properties with an unrivaled team of amenity experts well-versed in client satisfaction.
With more than a decade of experience providing facility management, design, programming, and social planning services to over 350 communities across the country, NFC has made a name for itself as the nation's leading provider of luxury lifestyle services. The company currently employs over 2,500 service-minded team members across the United States, including New York, Florida, Georgia, California, Texas, and many other states.
This position is designed for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as the visible face of the community, ensuring that amenity spaces are consistently managed to maintain cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your role is critical in defining the resident experience by enforcing rules, managing guest interactions, and providing courteous assistance.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, requiring you to make eye contact and project a professional, outgoing personality. You will conduct regular visits to all amenity areas, respond promptly to noise complaints or emergencies, and coordinate with building personnel to address safety concerns. Maintaining detailed logs of activities and incidents is a key part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring that every interaction is recorded and every issue is resolved efficiently.
We frequently interview and hire for multiple properties, so location details, individual pay rates, and specific schedules can be discussed during the interview process. If we do not contact you immediately, we will keep your information on file for our next round of interviews, so you only need to apply once. All employees must be legal to work in the US. Re-hire eligibility for former employees is determined by past employment performance and status.
We are looking for team members who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking. Success in this role requires the ability to remain professional and courteous to the public at all times, even when enforcing regulations or handling complaints. We value a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality services.
