About the Role
This position is for a Company Driver operating on a W2 basis as a solo driver. The role focuses on Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul operations using step deck trucks. Drivers will handle manual transmission vehicles exclusively.
A key aspect of this position is that drivers are not responsible for loading, unloading, or tarping the freight. The typical route averages between 2,000 and 3,000 miles per week, with a total weekly average pay of $2,000.
Home Time
Drivers can expect to be on the road for 20 days at a time. While the standard expectation is 20 days out, drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if they choose. The schedule ensures drivers receive 10 days of home time for every 20 days worked, guaranteeing time at home for at least one weekend per month.
Orientation Details
The orientation process covers travel expenses, either partially or fully. Accommodation is provided during this period, with each driver assigned their own room. Please note that orientation is unpaid, and meals are not included in the provided accommodation.
