About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will run steady, year-round loads primarily within the Midwest. This is a solo, line-haul position transporting refrigerated freight in new model equipment. The role involves no touch freight, meaning you will not be responsible for loading or unloading the cargo.
We believe in flexibility and trust. While we offer consistent work and competitive compensation, everything is open for negotiation except your work ethic and morality. We are looking for drivers who want to make money, have fun, and grow with a team that treats them like family.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We are an equal opportunity employer. To join our team, you must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate-only operation, along with at least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience.
Our orientation process is designed to get you on the road quickly. While orientation itself is unpaid, we cover your accommodation during this period. Drivers are provided with their own room, and lunch is included. Please note that travel expenses to the orientation location are not covered.
