About the Role

We are seeking a Vulnerability Remediation Support Analyst Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is designed to drive domain strategy and resolve complex remediation issues within the vulnerability management space. You will act as a process and data subject-matter expert, serving as the first-line liaison between Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless remediation and patching.

In this position, you will lead a designated domain and prepare the enterprise for a transition to ServiceNow for vulnerability management. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with application teams and Information Security to resolve issues, managing and triaging security vulnerabilities, and overseeing programs to maintain funding alignment with technology strategies. You will be instrumental in identifying and driving process and automation improvements, influencing sustainable change across ServiceNow and your domain.
