This position serves as a strategic leader within a newly formed Vulnerability Remediation Engineer team. You will lead a specific domain, acting as the primary point of contact for application teams and technology stakeholders. The core mission of this role is to provide direction on vulnerability management and patching strategies, ensuring the infrastructure portfolio remains secure and resilient.
In this capacity, you will drive the enterprise's transition to ServiceNow, influencing change and serving as the subject matter expert on process, data, and stakeholder engagement. Your day-to-day involves resolving complex remediation issues, identifying opportunities for process automation, and acting as the first-line liaison between Operations and Engineering teams. You will oversee programs, coordinate cross-team activities, and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution of security vulnerabilities.
