About the Role
The VP, Reliability and Automation Engineering Manager leads the Reliability Engineering function within the Digital Servicing Engineering domain. This role is responsible for ensuring all applications remain stable, observable, and operationally efficient. You will define how reliability engineering is practiced across teams, setting standards for service health, monitoring, incident response, and operational readiness.
Beyond managing a team of reliability engineers, this position requires a leader who can influence cross-functional engineering and product teams. You will establish repeatable engineering practices that reduce operational toil, improve system availability, and accelerate safe delivery. The role demands a balance of strong people leadership and deep hands-on expertise in architecture, CI/CD, and operational excellence.
