About the Role

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Product Owner leads the strategic evolution of our enterprise security program. This role exists to drive the risk-based remediation of high-risk privileged accounts and ensure robust governance across our diverse environments, including databases, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.

You will serve as the bridge between technical execution and strategic vision, overseeing the rollout of advanced monitoring, credential lifecycle management, and session recording. By integrating PAM capabilities with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, you will enforce critical governance controls like dual-workflows and strengthen our audit readiness. This position requires a collaborative, outcomes-driven leader who can influence senior stakeholders across Security Operations, Audit, and IAM governance bodies to align priorities and execute enterprise initiatives.

Our Way of Working

We are proud to offer flexibility. Our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to our nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities, such as weekly business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
