As a member of the CISO team, you will join the Identity & Access Management (IAM) group as an enthusiastic and detail-oriented L1 Privileged Access Management (PAM) Systems Engineer. This position is ideal for candidates eager to build foundational experience in PAM technologies while gaining exposure to a broad suite of IAM products.
Your day-to-day will focus on supporting, operating, and troubleshooting PAM solutions. You will serve as the first point of contact for IAM-related support issues, monitoring privileged account activities, and responding to incidents and alerts. This role offers a supportive, learning-focused environment where you can participate in on-call rotations, assist with disaster recovery procedures, and document troubleshooting steps to support team learning. As your expertise develops, you will have opportunities for professional growth into other IAM domains, including cross-training in tools like Active Directory, HashiCorp Vault, and Identity Governance platforms.
Begin your career in one of the most critical and rapidly evolving areas of cybersecurity. You will work with modern PAM technologies while collaborating with IT, risk, and cybersecurity teams. Our flexible hybrid model supports your well-being, requiring 3 days onsite (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day unique to each team or employee) and 2 days remote.
