About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership position for a seasoned operational finance executive ready to lead and scale a critical business unit. As Vice President of Finance – Ruprecht, you will have full financial ownership of the business, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, serving as a key partner to the North America CFO and executive leadership team.
You will lead the core finance pillars—FP&A, Operations Finance/Standards, and Accounting/Controllership—while building a high-performing organization that delivers both operational rigor and strategic insight. In this capacity, you will elevate finance as a strategic partner across the business, influencing key decisions at the executive level and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
The role demands a leader who can translate financial data into actionable insights that drive margin expansion, cost discipline, and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while driving discipline in cost management, plant performance, and operational finance standards.
