The Director, FP&A serves as a strategic finance partner and people leader, bridging the gap between financial discipline and business execution. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role is pivotal in translating functional strategy into actionable financial plans for Product Development, Infrastructure & Operations, SG&A, and Professional Services. You will lead a team of financial analysts and business partners, driving accountability across the organization while navigating complex, undefined challenges where standard approaches may not suffice.
This position is designed for a candidate who balances rigorous financial modeling with practical business judgment. You will guide execution, resolve intricate issues, and foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement within the finance function. The role requires deep credibility to partner effectively with senior functional leaders, ensuring that financial insights directly inform roadmap prioritization, investment strategies, and operational efficiency.
You will lead a team of financial analysts and business partners embedded within key business units. Your mission is to build a scalable team structure capable of handling increasing organizational complexity. By investing in both technical and professional growth, you will cultivate a culture where the team excels in financial modeling, business partnership, and clear communication. This team will be instrumental in driving the company's annual operating plan, long-range financial planning, and strategic initiatives, including M&A due diligence and integration.
