About the Role

The Senior Accounting Manager serves as a strategic, hands-on leader overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, internal controls, and regulatory financial compliance. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of accounting systems and critical integrations across the business, guaranteeing accurate and timely financial data flow.

In this position, you will lead the financial close process, drive financial audit performance, and design robust internal control frameworks. You will partner cross-functionally to optimize processes, strengthen compliance (GAAP/J-SOX), and enable scalable growth. As a mentor to the accounting team, you will elevate reporting quality and operational efficiency, ensuring the finance function supports the rapid expansion of our manufacturing capabilities.
