Our Way of Working

At Synchrony, we pride ourselves on offering flexibility. Our work model allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.

Note: Field Sales and some Commercial team roles may have varied location requirements based upon partner obligations or preferences.

About the Role

As a key member of the Credit team, you will steward the critical fraud and credit data sources that drive analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making. Your mission is to ensure these datasets are accurate, complete, and delivered on time in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will design and maintain fraud analytics solutions using SAS, building and optimizing the data pipelines that enable detection, investigation, and reporting.

In this role, you will partner with Data Engineering and Technology teams to maintain data definitions, mappings, and lineage for high-impact datasets. You will also support large-scale migrations, including platform modernization and data warehouse transitions, ensuring smooth requirements gathering, validation, and production cutover.
