About the Role

The Vice President, Dental Industry & Partnerships Leader serves as a pivotal external ambassador for Synchrony, driving strategic growth across the dental ecosystem. Reporting to the SVP of Independent Market & Expansion, this role is designed to accelerate market expansion, deepen industry relationships, and elevate the CareCredit/Synchrony brand within the dental community.

You will act as a senior leader, building trusted partnerships with associations, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), strategic technology partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The core mission is to translate these high-level relationships into high-impact programs, pilots, and measurable business outcomes. This position leads a team of dental professionals, working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, credit, and operations to connect strategy to execution and deliver sustained growth and industry influence.

Our Way of Working

Synchrony is proud to offer flexibility in how we work. Our approach allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.

Note: Field Sales and some Commercial team roles may have varied location requirements based upon partner obligations or preferences.

Our Culture & Commitment

When you join Synchrony, you become part of an inclusive culture where individual skills, experience, and voices are not only heard but valued. Together, we are building a future where everyone can belong, connect, and turn ideals into action. More than 50% of our workforce is engaged in our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), where community and passion intersect to offer a safe space to learn and grow.

We are committed to an award-winning culture for all. We ensure all qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
