The Vice President, Dental Industry & Partnerships Leader serves as a pivotal external ambassador for Synchrony, driving strategic growth across the dental ecosystem. Reporting to the SVP, GM - Independent Market & Expansion Leader, this role is designed to accelerate market expansion and deepen industry relationships. The VP will set and execute partnership strategies that elevate the CareCredit/Synchrony brand within the dental community, translating trusted relationships with associations, DSOs, strategic technology partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) into high-impact programs and measurable business outcomes.
This position leads a team of dental professionals who partner cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing, credit, and operations. The day-to-day involves connecting strategy to execution, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensuring that partnership insights translate into sustained growth and industry influence. As a senior leader, you will position the organization as a trusted thought leader while communicating long-term industry opportunities to internal stakeholders.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events. Advanced degree (MBA, DDS/DMD, or equivalent). Deep knowledge of the dental/healthcare ecosystem. Strong understanding of consumer lending/financing products. Ability to navigate the dental technology landscape and anticipate trends.
