About the Role

As a Technician at our Charleston, South Carolina location, you will be the backbone of our service department, responsible for identifying necessary vehicle services and performing repairs, maintenance, and service work with precision. This role exists to ensure every customer vehicle is returned safely and efficiently, maintaining our high standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

In this position, you will examine customer vehicles, estimate repair costs, and execute repairs according to dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Your day involves utilizing available technologies to enhance the customer experience, managing parts requests, and maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area. You will work closely with service advisors and managers, frequently interacting with customers to present information and ensure their expectations are exceeded.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and relevant manufacturer certifications or state inspection/emissions licenses. We provide all required manufacturer fundamental training and NAPA training. Successful applicants will demonstrate technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems, along with the ability to meet or exceed manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
