We are seeking a Victim Notification Administrative Analyst to join our team supporting the FBI's Victim Outreach Support & Strategy Team (VOSS). In this role, you will provide full-service administrative support to Victim Services Providers (VSPs) within the Victim Services Division (VSD). The primary goal is to lighten the administrative load for direct service providers, establish a central location for data management and storage, and ensure data accuracy within FBI systems and VSD databases.
You will develop expert knowledge of FBI systems, VSD databases, and the Attorney General Guidelines for Victim and Witness Assistance. This position serves as a vital liaison between coordinators, unit personnel, management, and internal and external clients. You will interact seamlessly with FBI personnel, including Executive Management, while handling confidential subject matter with the utmost tact and discretion.
Your work will involve a dynamic mix of administrative coordination, data analysis, and project support. You will manage incoming mail, prioritize tasks, and maintain schedules while generating reports, evaluating data, and identifying trends for supervisor review. A key part of your day will be updating the VNS Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), managing organizational files, and assisting in the testing of new or modified systems. You may also lead projects, provide mentorship to new analysts, and develop training materials. This role requires analyzing complex data to resolve problems and offering alternative solutions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
