The Leidos SES Product Division, Program Management Office (PMO) drives the strategic execution of critical national security and infrastructure programs across the Americas. This Program Support Analyst position serves as a vital operational backbone for the Americas Region PMO, specifically supporting Aviation and Ports & Borders teams alongside the Global PMO. The role exists to bridge administrative precision with strategic data analysis, ensuring that routine operations run smoothly while enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
In this capacity, you will act as a trusted partner to the PMO leadership. Your day will involve managing financial workflows, from small PCard purchases to coordinating larger requisitions via QuickBase and CostPoint. You will handle onboarding logistics, coordinate high-stakes customer visits for TSA and CBP programs, and manage the logistics of meetings and site access. Beyond administrative duties, you will engage in data management initiatives, standardizing project data and analyzing business processes to drive efficiency. You will be expected to solve a variety of challenges using business acumen, working independently on routine tasks while collaborating on special projects that require cross-functional influence.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and residents. This position may require vetting by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and a Secret security clearance. Proven ability to support leading and managing cross-functional teams and relationships in a matrix environment; influence people outside of direct reporting relationships/levels; and, communicate effectively at all levels. Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments with knowledge of MRP systems and Configuration Management principles. Experience in the Security Detection industry with understanding of industry best practices. PMP® Certification. Experience with development, installation, delivery, maintenance/warranty, and/or management of security detection & automation equipment. Experience in obtaining various licenses, certifications, and accreditations etc. for contract requirements. Experience working in a highly matrixed organization. Ability to travel on a periodic basis (1-4 trips per year anticipated, primarily within the US).
