Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAct as the primary day-to-day client point of contact for the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sub-sector
- check_circleLead IPO drafting sessions and oversee the creation of M&A models
- check_circleCoordinate internally across products and countries and with external parties on transactions
- check_circleLead diligence processes and identify and manage all risks related to each deal
- check_circleRefine marketing and execution materials to maximize client impact
- check_circleReview, coordinate, and own the analytical work of junior bankers to advance marketing and execution processes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree required
- verifiedPrior VP/Director level experience in Healthcare Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and/or Corporate Development
- verifiedExperience in the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sector preferred
- verifiedStrong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel modelling and valuation work
