We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Banking Vice President to join our dynamic Mid Cap Investment Banking team for Media & Communications. This role is designed for a professional with a track record of developing strong relationships with corporates and financial institution clients while working across a diverse spectrum of banking products.
About the Role
As a Vice President, you will serve as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals. You will manage the full transaction lifecycle, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity and debt capital raises. Your day will involve reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers, refining marketing and execution materials for maximum client impact, and overseeing the creation of financial projection models. You will identify and manage all risks in a given deal while liaising with internal and external parties, such as lawyers, accountants, and counterparties. Additionally, you will lead client negotiations, manage Q&A processes, and conduct management interviews.
