About the Role
Zeres Group is seeking a Real Estate Senior Acquisitions Specialist to drive the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of property and portfolio investments. This Sales & Business Development role is designed for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-accountability, and fast-paced environment. You will lead deal origination, financial and market analysis, underwriting, and due diligence, partnering closely with investors and operating partners to build and manage robust investment pipelines.
In this position, you will develop investment theses and negotiate transaction terms that align with client strategies. Your day-to-day involves conducting detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis, performing market research to support deal prioritization, and coordinating end-to-end due diligence with internal and external specialists. You will also prepare high-quality investment memos and presentations for internal committees and client decision-makers, while collaborating with data teams to integrate advanced analytics into the acquisitions process. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff, sharing best practices in acquisitions, negotiations, and client relationship management.
