About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Controller to oversee our financial operations. This role is pivotal in managing company finances, ensuring strict adherence to legal regulations, and supporting our mission as a top-tier firm. The Controller will serve as a key partner to executive management, defining the financial strategy and direction of the company.

In this position, you will not only manage accounting records and prepare financial statements but also direct investment activities and develop strategies for long-term financial goals. A core aspect of the role involves enhancing and integrating finance, HR, and real estate development functions to create a cohesive operational framework. You will work closely with leadership to strengthen internal controls, safeguard financial assets, and establish robust business processes and accounting policies.
