About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Surety Insurance to lead our Commercial, Contract, Fidelity, Non-Standard, and Court Surety divisions in Wilmington, DE. In this executive capacity, you will report directly to senior management, serving as the strategic architect for our surety programs. Your mission is to expand product distribution channels, develop comprehensive line-of-business strategies, and cultivate a target portfolio that drives sustainable growth.
This is a leadership role defined by frequent interaction with internal and external executive stakeholders. You will be responsible for growing and developing a high-performing team while managing all divisional activities. The position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our surety offerings across a wide spectrum of classes, including Bid, Performance, Contractor, Payment, Maintenance, License and Permit, Mortgage Broker, Liquor, Utility, and various financial guarantee risks.
