About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Surety Insurance to lead our St. Cloud, MN division. In this executive capacity, you will serve as a Program Manager reporting directly to executive management, driving the growth and strategic direction of our Commercial, Contract, Fidelity, Non-Standard, and Court Surety portfolios.
This role is designed for a leader who thrives on expanding product distribution channels and crafting robust Line of Business strategies. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive business plans and managing a diverse target portfolio, ranging from Bid and Performance bonds to specialized classes like ERISA, Guardianship, and Utility bonds. As the head of the division, you will manage all operational activities while fostering a culture of growth and development within your team.
The position offers significant visibility and influence, featuring frequent interaction with internal and external executive-level management.
