About the Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Surety Insurance to lead our Commercial, Contract, Fidelity, Non-Standard, and Court Surety divisions in Hollywood, FL. This is a strategic leadership role designed to expand product distribution channels and develop comprehensive Line of Business strategies and business plans. As a Program Manager reporting directly to executive management, you will have the autonomy to grow and develop a high-performing team while managing all activities for the division.
The Role in Context
In this position, you will drive the growth of our surety portfolio, managing relationships with wholesale broker distribution channels, managing general agents, and carriers. The role offers frequent interaction with internal and external executive-level management, providing a platform to shape the future of our surety offerings across a wide spectrum of classes including Bid, Performance, Contractor, Payment, Maintenance, License and Permit, Mortgage Broker, Liquor, Utility, and many others.
