About the Team

Home Lending Infrastructure serves as a foundational platform designed to power AI solutions across the entire mortgage lifecycle. From application and underwriting through closing, servicing, escrow, and loss mitigation, this team enables conversational experiences (voice and chat), agent assist tools, and agentic workflows. As a core leader within this group, you will drive innovation for new product offerings that shape how customers interact with financial services.

About the Role

As a Product Manager in Home Lending Infrastructure - AIML, you will act as the voice of the customer, guiding products from concept to profitable launch. Your mission is to develop high-quality offerings that provide genuine customer value while ensuring scalability, resiliency, and stability. You will lead the end-to-end product life cycle, managing discovery efforts and market research to uncover solutions that integrate seamlessly into the strategic roadmap. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure top-tier client experiences and drive the successful delivery of products that exceed expectations.
